I would highly recommend anyone who is curious about frameworks to attend “The Design Thinking” workshop conducted by Vishal. I’ve attended the workshop and it was highly beneficial to me. Vishal is great at articulating complex information and presenting it in a simple and engaging manner! The best part is that he also focusses on how we could apply a framework to practical situations. He is also adept at intuitively understanding people’s contexts and improving his delivery. Vishal's Design Thinking Solutions workshop was very interesting and informative. The concepts were broken down into easily understandable chunks of information. The hands on approach meant that the participants got a real taste of what design thinking was all about with practical examples. Overall I am happy to say that I walked away from the experience feeling that I had definitely added some useful tools to my repertoire. 

I had the pleasure of attending a growth mindset training program conducted by Mr. Vishal Mimani and I highly recommend him for future training initiatives. Vishal has been a joy to learn from. There is ease and there is simplicity in how he builds his course offerings. He keeps the space inclusive and works from a space of ‘play’. There is room of creativity and discussions into authenticity in the course of the programs. There is intelligent use of tools and materials to facilitate insights and discovery in the learning process. I would recommend his programs as ones that create value for self and organizations.
